Our first reviews will come from our first surveys.
We won’t show a star rating until homeowners have left one on an independent platform. When they do, every review goes up in full, the critical ones with our reply.
Why there is no star rating here
A score you can’t check is worth nothing.
LuminAsset is new, and a new consultancy has no reviews to show. We could have written some. We haven’t, and we won’t.
When reviews arrive, they will be the platform’s own: the score it shows, the words homeowners wrote, and a link so you can read them where they were left. Critical reviews stay up, with our reply beside them.
